On a little break right now
Howdy folks,
I apologize for the laspe in flickrverse'ing recently. Things have been a little intense for me these past few days and blogging hasn't been a top priority for me. My Dad was diagnosed with MDS, which is a somewhat rare blood disease that is pretty serious. It was kinda out of the blue, so we are all a little shocked and don't really know what to do. Hence my distraction.
I promise that the flickerverses will return. Maybe even tommorrow, but I don't know to be honest.
I am going to play with my son for a while now before he goes to bed.

Woah -- so sorry to hear your dad's health news. Remember positive thinking really does aid recovery -- it's kind of remarkable. Getting the good thoughts rolling your way...
All the best to you and yours. This reminds me I need to get back on the blood donation bandwagon and see if anybody can take my bone marrow (I have had something which implies auto-immune funk down the road, so I dunno, but I'll try!)
Finally got myself to Austin, but sad to hear that you folks are having unhappies. Will keep you all in my thoughts - lots of good vibes coming your way!
